Breaking Generational Curses, & Basics of Deliverance.

About this seminar...

Many people experience circumstances that aren't "natural". They seem to experience ongoing financial difficulties, some undergo a series of injustices with no apparent or logical reason.

Others struggle in areas of their lives and can't seem to break free from a besetting sin, addiction, or "habit," no matter how hard they try or what they do to overcome. Personal and relational problems we encounter are often the result of demonic influences. Jesus died on the cross to free us from this bondage, but we must first be aware of their existence and how they become entrenched in our lives.



This seminar deals specifically with the reality and nature of curses, how they operate in a person's life and how to be free of them. The seminar also identifies ways the enemy gains a right to influence our lives in negative ways and shows us how to deal with issues that have opened us to the enemy's attack, and how to walk daily in the freedom that Jesus promised.

The Psalmist wrote,
"O God, the nations have invaded your inheritance; they have defiled your holy temple..." (Ps.79:1)

We are God's inheritance, we are His temple, but the enemy has stolen our peace and joy because of an open door, either created by our ancestors or by our own life style. As a result we are now bound in a cycle of confusion, fear and insecurity.

First we have to learn the truth,
"You will know the truth, and the truth will set you free!" (John 8:32)

Jesus said it, and that's what this seminar is designed to do.

The video teaching, led by Bible scholar & teacher Dr. Derek Prince, is followed by a time of prayer for deliverance.

We also ask you to fast for the day.

"Is not this the kind of fasting I have chosen, to loose the chains of injustice and untie the cords of the yoke, to set the oppressed free and break every yoke?' (Isaiah 58:6)

If you cannot fast due to a physical condition please bring your own food; we do not have food on site.

Prepare for the seminar...

Follow these steps to prepare for the seminar. You may also download the preparation document to read offline.

  1. Determine to do what Jesus taught us to do. Matt.7:24-27; Deut.29:19; Rom.10:3.
  2. Watch the teaching on Repentance. Ex.2:24,25; Matt.12:29,43.
  3. Break Soul Ties: ask Jesus to forgive you for all sexual relations outside of marriage, forgive the other person, and pray a blessing. 1 Cor.6:16.
  4. Repent of broken relationships, then work on restoration. 1 John 1:6, 1 John 2:9-11; Psalm 133.
  5. Build your faith. Mark 9:19; Marr.13:58; Rom.10:17; 1 Cor.14:4, Jude vs20; Luk.17:5-10
  6. Fasting. Is.58:6.
  7. Godly attitude towards others. Php.2:3; Jas.3:14,16.
  8. Watch the teaching on Water Baptism.
  9. Watch the teaching on Baptism in the Holy Spirit.
Remember: Attending the Jacob’s Well "Step To Freedom" Seminar is not a one-time guaranteed cure-all solution, but is a step towards healing and restoration, a final destination that can take time. (Ps.23:3)

DIRECTIONS:
  • - From Kitchener, follow Highway 24 North through Cambridge into Brantford, turn left on Fairview Drive (before the 403), church is on the right.
  • - From Toronto/Hamilton, take Highway 403 westbound towards London, exit #36 for Fairview Dr./Highway 24 south, turn right at stoplights, church is on right side.
  • - From London, take highway 403 eastbound off of highway 401, in Brantford take exit #36 for Fairview Dr/Highway 24 south, turn left at stoplights (King George Rd), over bridge, turn right at stoplights (Fairview Dr), church is on right side.
Park in east side parking lot. Enter into building on east side where signs are posted.
